You are required to make a security deposit before participating in the auction process.

One Lakh Taka for cars upto 25 Lakhs

Two Lakhs Taka for cars upto 50 Lakhs

Five Lakhs Taka for cars upto 1 crore

Ten Lakhs Taka for cars more than 1 crore

You cannot start the bidding process without the payment of security deposit.

In case you are unable to make a successful bid the security deposit is refundable, it will be refunded after deducting service charge of 20,000 Taka.

• We must receive all bids before 11.30PM Bangladesh Time. Bids after that may not be entertained until and unless any special request is made.
• Bid price can only be changed two hour prior to bidding time.
• All bid price are maximum prices but for small unit we can add 10,000 yens and on big units 20,000 depending upon relationship and understanding with our respected client.

You are now ready to start the bidding process. As our registered member, you will place the bid on our website and our agents will bid on your behalf during the live auction process. At GARI-IMPORT, you will only have to pay for the successful bids.

You will be notified of the bidding result through GARI-IMPORT website besides our agent will be in touch with you over phone.

• Due to 100% LC margin requirements by Bangladesh Bank we need to pay  100% of the total car price for opening the LC in the bank before shipping.

  - If customer pays the LC amount, GARI-IMPORT.com.bd takes 70,000 Taka service charges for import formalities and delivery process.  

  - If customer pays only the booking money, GARI-IMPORT.com.bd takes service charge for import formalities and delivery process as below:

  1 Lakh Taka for cars upto 25 Lakhs

  1.5 Lakhs Taka for cars upto 50 Lakhs

  5 Lakhs Taka for cars upto 1 crore

  10 Lakhs Taka for cars more than 1 crore

  If customer fails to make the payment by 7 days from the auction win date, the car will be re-auctioned. Initial deposit will be deducted as penalty. 

  If customer wants to keep the car in Japan yard for a specific period of time, yard fees has to be paid by the customer which is USD200-USD 300 per month.

   

  Due to current fluctuating Yen to Dollar and Dollar to Taka rate customer should discuss before each auction regarding Yen rate, shipping charge in Japan, Dollar to Taka conversion rate. These rates are always variable and will be charged at actual depending on the payment date.

  Once car reached at Bangladesh port, customer will pay the  customs duty for releasing the car. Customer will pay the customs tax at actual basis. If the tax increase customer will bear the increased amount, if decrease we will refund back.  

  If the payment is delayed, wharf rent (port charge) will be paid by buyer @ 450-1000 Taka per day.

  Final Payment:

  100% payment to be made before registration.

Following charges will be added with the Auction Winning Price.

• SHIPPING COST   -- Starts from 1800USD-3000USD. This cost depends on the vehicle model and size. 

• BIDDING & IMPORT SERVICE CHARG

• BANKING EXPENDITURE FOR LC 

• MARINE INSURANCE 

• INLAND TRANSPORTATION COST 

• C&F COST

• The car will be delivered to the customer from our Dhaka Office as it is auction sheet condition.
• If customer wants , he/she can receive the car from Chittagong / Mongla Port.
• Car will be delivered with 1 servicing (Engine oil change, Air filter and Air filter change.
• If tyre condition comes with bad condition customer will change it with his/her expenses either with reconditioned / brand new tyres.  
• Alloy rims will be as it is which comes with the car. If customer wants to change it, he/she has to pay for the additional cost.
• Extra remote key and SD card if comes with car will be given to customers. If doesn't come with the car we can arrange upon payment.
• If there is any dent/paint work, customer has to bear the cost.
• Any kind of aftermarket modification, customer has to bear the cost.
  
  Usually it takes 50-60 days to get the car in Bangladesh from the auction win date. Once the car is on boarded into the ship, GARI-IMPORT.com.bd is not liable for any kind of delay for the shipping lines. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for PRE ORDER / AUCTION BIDDING Cars:

• If the order is canceled after auction winning, initial deposit will be deducted as penalty. 
• If the order is canceled after the car reached at port  or during the shipment or the full payment is not made within 15 days of the car arrival in Bangladesh port, initial deposit will be deducted as penalty. 
• After deducting the  initial deposit from the booking money, rest of the amount will be refunded back to customer by account payee cheque or online fund transfer.
• If customer's desired car is not available in auction / unsuccessful bids (not yet purchased from auction); in this case if a customer wants refund, full booking money will be refunded back. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for READY /SHOWROOM STOCK Cars:

• If the car is already in  showroom / Dhaka and  the customer canceled the order within 24 hours of his confirmation, 50000 Taka will be charged as penalty from the booking money.
• If the car is in Chittagong or Mongla port, we release the car from port after getting confirmation from the client but client canceled the order, cancelation fees  2 lac taka or customer has to wait until the car is sold to another party to get the refund. In case of refund Minimum 50,000 Taka penalty will be charged.
• If the full payment is not made within 30 days from the confirmation, BDT 2 lac will be charged as penalty or GARI-IMPORT.com.bd can sell the car to other party without informing to the customer. In this case initial booking money will not be refunded.
